The Ideal Home: Deaf style..

Does it do it for you ? (Signed/captioned vblog).  I  have a flashing door bell and a deaf fire alarm, what else do you need ? How do you communicate to the person at the door ? and how, do you communicate to the fire services ?  The problems are OUTSIDE the home, not in it.
